Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Lead Preschool Teacher located in Bradenton, FL. The Lead Preschool Teacher will be responsible for creating and implementing lesson plans, developing engaging and age-appropriate curricula, and facilitating learning activities. Additional responsibilities include fostering a safe and inclusive environment, guiding children's development through play and structured activities, and collaborating with parents and colleagues to support each child's growth and readiness for kindergarten.
Qualifications
- Skills in Lesson Planning and Curriculum Development with a focus on early learning goals
- Experience in Early Childhood Education, including the ability to engage young learners effectively
- Strong Communication skills to interact with children, parents, and fellow educators
- Knowledge of kindergarten readiness strategies and practices
- Relevant certifications in early childhood education or teaching
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
