experience centered around fire-forward cuisine, handcrafted cocktails, and one of the

most expansive whiskey programs in the region. Our service style is elevated,

This is not a casual serving position. We are seeking hospitality professionals who

are highly polished, well-spoken, and take pride in exceptional service.

What You’ll Do

• Deliver confident, elevated table service with professionalism and pois
• Clearly and articulately guide guests through the food, cocktail, and whiskey menu
• Maintain complete menu knowledge, including ingredients, preparations, and
• pairings
• Execute service steps with precision, timing, and attention to detail
• Anticipate guest needs and create memorable, refined dining experiences
• Communicate clearly and professionally with guests and teammates
• Maintain impeccable personal appearance, posture, and demeanor at all times

What We’re Looking For

• Highly polished, well-spoken individuals with strong communication skills
• Prior full-service restaurant experience required (upscale preferred)
• Ability to engage guests with confidence, clarity, and warmth
• Professional appearance and presence
• Strong attention to detail and service execution
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
• Ability to thrive in a high-standard, fast-paced environment
