Well-established Mechanical Company is looking for experienced: Sheet Metal Foreman- Mechanics and helpers.
- Foreman- Pay up to $ 37 with experience
- Mechanic- Pay up to $ 30 with experience
- Helper- Pay up to $ 24 with experience
- Sign on Bonus after probation period
To work in the suburbs of Baltimore and Washington.
* Must have own tools
* Be able to read drawings

Ideal candidate must have the ability to:
- Manage One or Multiple Commercial-HVAC Projects Concurrently
- Manage, Scope
- Plan, Coordinate and Supervise Onsite Functions: Scheduling, Engineering, Material Control
- Ensure Project(S) are Constructed in Accordance with Design, Budget and Schedule
- Communicate with Trade Superintendents to Assure Adequate Supervision of the Total Project
- Establish and Maintain A Good Working Relationships with the Field Trade Personnel and other Internal Customers
- Maintain A Positive and Healthy Relationship with External Customers
- Prepare Monthly/Quarterly Projections
