Available Positions May Include
- Production Associates – Perform hands-on production, assembly, packaging, and other manufacturing tasks.
- Machine Operators – Operate and monitor production machinery while maintaining quality and production standards.
- Process Technicians – Support manufacturing processes, loading and unloading ovens, staging and blending products. This role is primarily physically demanding production work.
- Additional manufacturing and production opportunities may be available.
- Manufacturing or production experience is a plus, but not required for all positions
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Good attention to detail
- Comfortable working in a hands-on manufacturing environment
- Ability to stand, walk, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift
- Some positions require heavy lifting and physical work
- $16.94–$19.00 per hour
- Pay based on position, experience, and shift
- 1st and 2nd shift openings
- Opportunities throughout the Connecticut shoreline/I-95 North corridor
