What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer Service Representatives position at A.R. Mazzotta?
Full time, temporary opportunity starting just in time for the upcoming holiday season! Our client in West Hartford has 3 customer service roles open from the beginning of November through December 19th.
Positions require a commitment to work on-site Monday – Friday, 8 am – 5 pm for the duration of the assignment.
You will be supporting our clients’ phone bank answering questions and supporting callers. You will receive appropriate paid training to learn what information can be provided to callers and how to direct their calls.
Interested individuals should have prior professional customer service experience and basic computer skills.
$18.85 per hour
