Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and dependable Janitor/Cleaner to join our dynamic facilities team. Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of offices, restrooms, hallways, and common areas using appropriate cleaning supplies and equipment
- Conduct floor care activities such as sweeping, mopping, buffing, and polishing to maintain a pristine appearance
- Handle trash removal and recycling duties efficiently to uphold sanitation standards
- Maintain cleanliness of windows, glass surfaces, and fixtures to ensure clarity and shine
- Follow safety procedures during cleaning operations to prevent accidents or injuries
- Assist with industrial cleaning projects or specialized custodial tasks when required
Qualifications
- Proven janitorial or custodial experience in commercial or residential settings
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques, floor care methods, and proper use of cleaning equipment
- Ability to operate buffing machines and perform detailed cleaning tasks efficiently
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on hygiene and safety standards
- Excellent time management skills to complete daily duties within scheduled hours
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Basic understanding of facilities maintenance and industrial cleaning practices is preferred
