Summary
We are seeking a skilled Fabricator to join our team at A&R IRON WORKS. In this role, you will be responsible for fabricating various steel products to meet our clients' specifications. Your expertise will contribute significantly to our mission of delivering exceptional quality and service.
Responsibilities
- Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to determine project specifications.
- Utilize welding techniques, including Mig welding, to fabricate metal components.
- Operate hand tools and machinery safely and effectively to produce high-quality products.
- Assemble fabricated parts according to specifications, ensuring structural integrity.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety protocols.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines and quality standards.
Requirements
- Proven experience in metal fabrication or a related field.
- Strong welding skills with proficiency in Mig Welding.
- Ability to read and understand technical drawings and schematics.
- Familiarity with hand tools, measuring instruments, and safety equipment.
- Experience operating forklifts is a plus but not mandatory.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work.
