Remodeling Helper / Driver A&R Home Renovations LLC is looking for a dependable Remodeling Helper / Driver with remodeling or construction experience to join our team in the Chattanooga area. This is a hands-on remodeling position. You will work alongside our crew helping complete residential and commercial remodeling projects. You will also be responsible for driving the company work van, transporting crew members, and picking up materials as needed. Responsibilities: - Drive the company work van - Assist crew members with remodeling and construction projects - Help with drywall installation and repairs - Assist with carpet and flooring installation - Assist with trim and finish work - Load, unload, carry, and move construction materials and tools - Pick up materials and supplies - Maintain a clean and organized job site - Perform other general remodeling tasks as needed Requirements: - Valid driver's license - Remodeling or construction experience required - Must be able to perform heavy lifting - Able to perform physical construction work throughout the workday - Reliable, responsible, and punctual - Willing to work as part of a crew - Willing to learn and assist with different types of remodeling work Pay: Competitive pay based on experience.
