What do we need?
We are seeking a self-motivated individual who enjoys working with customers and has an energetic and positive attitude. The ideal service advisor would be responsible for service sales and gross profit; responsible for greeting customers and listening to their concerns, following up with technicians and ensuring customer satisfaction with the work performed, and selling any additional repair or maintenance work that needs to be done on the vehicle. Being able to talk to our customers is extremely important. A service advisor is a huge part of our business and is key to ensuring repeat customers and customer satisfaction.
What will you be responsible for?
- Greeting customers in a timely, friendly manner
- Communicating with customers on their maintenance and repair needs
- Call customers to keep them informed with all of the updates on their vehicle
- Give all customers fair estimates on costs and time required for their repair and maintenance
- Properly pricing repairs & maintenance that are vehicle-specific
- Obtain complete and accurate customer and vehicle data
- Maintains a neat, clean work area and appearance
- Complete any necessary paperwork
Experience:
- Experience as a Customer Service Rep preferred
- Strong customer service skills and the ability to communicate effectively with customers
- Knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance procedures
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Prior sales experience is preferred but not required
- Valid driver's license
What are our work hours?
Regular work hours are 8:00 am-5:00 pm, Monday through Friday.
