Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Automotive Technician / Mechanic with at least 5 years of hands-on experience who is ready to earn TOP FLAT RATE PAY with GUARANTEED HOURS!

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair a wide range of vehicle issues
• Efficiently complete maintenance and repair services while maintaining high-quality workmanship
• Consistently produce billed hours and maximize productivity
• Accurately document inspections, findings, and repairs
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Collaborate with service advisors and fellow technicians to keep vehicles moving efficiently
• Take ownership of your work and deliver repairs done right the first time

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of automotive technician experience
• Strong mechanical and diagnostic abilities
• Proven ability to work efficiently in a flat rate environment
• Valid driver's license
• Own full set of tools (we provide heavy equipment and diagnostic tools)
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Positive attitude, accountability, and strong work ethic
• Commitment to quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction
• ASE certifications are a plus
