Are you organized, motivated, and great with people? We’re looking for a Service Advisor to join our experienced team at a well-established shop that’s proudly served our community for over 35 years. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys fast-paced, customer-focused work with a reliable, supportive team.
What You’ll Do:
- Greet customers and schedule appointments.
- Create detailed work orders for technicians.
- Build accurate estimates and communicate clearly with customers.
- Order parts efficiently.
- Answer and manage phone calls professionally. Adjust workflow to maximize technician productivity and ensure top-tier customer satisfaction.
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong communication & phone skills.
- Basic computer knowledge & typing skills.
- Dependable, organized, and team-oriented.
- Sales or customer service experience. Automotive knowledge is a plus - but not required. We will train the right person!
