Earn $30-$60 an hour with our CSR Compensation Package

We are looking for an upbeat, energetic, productive, and detail oriented CSR & Dispatcher to join our family.

Compensation:

$30-$60 per hour, depending on experience, which includes incentives and bonuses

Job Description:

• As a CSR, your responsibilities include:
• Handling inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and urgency.
• Making a minimum of 90 calls per day / 450 calls weekly (inbound outbound combined).
• Achieving and maintaining a minimum 80% booking rate.
• Actively presenting and closing Service Agreements, with a minimum 3% close rate.
• Completing required daily Happy Calls (minimum 5).
• Responding promptly to:
• ServiceTitan chats
• Google & Yelp chats
• Call Source leads
• Managing customer concerns, booking issues, or complaints until resolved.
• Participating in the Saturday on-call rotation.
• Accurately completing all required paperwork:
• Time Sheets
• Spiff Sheets
• Supporting the company mission of delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
