What You’ll Be Doing
Outbound Prospecting & Lead Generation
- Conduct high-volume outbound calls to B2B prospects and key decision-makers
- Build rapport quickly, uncover needs, and handle objections effectively
- Qualify opportunities and schedule appointments for the Outside Sales team
- Engage prospects through phone, email, text, and social media
- Support and execute targeted outreach campaigns
- Collaborate with the sales team to refine messaging and approach
- Track all outreach and activity within Salesforce (or similar CRM)
- Follow up consistently with warm and prospective leads
- Ensure a smooth and professional handoff to Outside Sales
- Up to $50,000 base salary uncapped commission
- Monthly bonuses and performance-based incentives

- 3–5 years of B2B cold calling, telemarketing, or appointment setting experience
- Comfort with high-volume outbound activity
- Strong communication, persuasion, and objection-handling skills
- Experience using a CRM system (Salesforce preferred)
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and dependable
- Experience in facility services or a related industry is a plus
