Outside Sales Representative – A Quality Facility Services

Location: Detroit, MI | Full-Time | Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM

AQFS is growing fast and looking for a driven Outside Sales Rep to join our Executive Sales Team. This is a salaried position with strong earning potential—perfect for someone who loves winning new business and building lasting client relationships.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salaried position with bonuses (avg. $20,000)
• Commission potential up to $100,000 annually when goals are met
• Total potential earnings: $190,000 / year

What You’ll Do:

• Drive new business in healthcare, hospitality, offices, industrial, and education
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Partner with operations to prepare estimates and proposals
• Represent AQFS at networking events and industry gatherings
• Own your sales goals and results
  
  

What We’re Looking For:

• 5 years sales experience in janitorial or related industries (HVAC, landscaping, paving, building services, etc.) preferred
• Proven track record of closing deals
• Self-driven, goal-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Estimating experience is a plus, but not required
