Responsibilities
- Provide coverage at various client locations when needed
- Maintain facilities according to company cleanliness and safety standards
- Support supervisors with onboarding and training new team members
- Learn and perform site-specific cleaning procedures
- Deliver excellent service and represent the company professionally
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Reliable transportation required
- Clean driving record
- Dependable and punctual
- Ability to work independently and stay productive
- Strong attention to detail
- Janitorial experience is helpful but not required—we provide paid training
