Outside Sales Representative – A Quality Facility Services
Location: Detroit, MI | Full-Time | Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM
AQFS is growing fast and looking for a driven Outside Sales Rep to join our Executive Sales Team. This is a salaried position with strong earning potential—perfect for someone who loves winning new business and building lasting client relationships.
Compensation & Benefits:

What You’ll Do:

Drive new business in healthcare, hospitality, offices, industrial, and education

Build and maintain strong client relationships

Partner with operations to prepare estimates and proposals

Represent AQFS at networking events and industry gatherings

What We’re Looking For:

5 years sales experience in janitorial or related industries (HVAC, landscaping, paving, building services, etc.) preferred

Proven track record of closing deals

Self-driven, goal-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment

Excellent communication and presentation skills

Estimating experience is a plus, but not required
