We are seeking a responsible and professional 7D School Van Driver to safely transport students to and from school and related activities. Responsibilities
- Safely operate the school van, adhering to all traffic laws and safety regulations
- Transport students to and from school, field trips, and extracurricular activities in a timely manner
- Assist students with boarding and exiting the vehicle, ensuring their safety at all times
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure proper functioning and cleanliness
- Maintain accurate logs of routes, mileage, and student attendance as required
- Communicate effectively with school staff, parents, and students to coordinate transportation needs
- Perform light maintenance tasks such as checking fluid levels, tire pressure, and reporting any mechanical issues promptly
Qualifications
- Valid class D driver’s license for a minimum of 3 years
- Strong communication skills to interact professionally with students, parents, and school personnel
- Knowledge of vehicle maintenance basics to ensure safety and reliability of transportation vehicles
