- Apartment Property(s) seeking a Full Time Maintenance person to join our team in Calhoun, GA. If you are a positive person who likes to make a difference, this is just the opportunity for you!
Our ideal candidate will provide exceptional above standard service to all of our residents. Must have experience with electrical, plumbing, appliance, carpentry, and general maintenance.
Other responsibilities would include: maintaining property grounds, minor painting.
Valid driver’s license, insurance and reliable transportation is required.
Job duties and Responsibilities:
- Completes work orders in a timely manner based on priority
- Make Ready/Turning apartments after move out
- Maintaining Property Grounds and common areas
- Painting/staining handrails or common areas both interior or exterior when needed
- Preventative Maintenance
- Maintain a clean and well organized shop and other work areas.
Pay: $16.00 - $16.50 per hour
Expected hours: 40.0 per week
Work Location: In person
Salary : $16 - $17
