Compensation: $40k-$45k Commission
Schedule: In-Office, Monday-Friday 8AM-5PM
How You’ll Do It
- Engages & participates with the recruiting/sourcing using all resources effectively
- Accurately document in real-time client job order requests and keep updated within operational software system
- Performing applicant interviews to include contingent job offer & required document process
- Sourcing, screening, interviewing a min of 10 candidates weekly
- Manages & performs drug screen process and compliance
- Ensure completion and compliance of background checks for new hires
- Facilitates and conducts company & client orientations to qualified candidates
- Responsible for documenting all candidate/associate communications, maintain personnel file, and facilitate employee separations along with feedback surveys/exit interviews
- All other duties as assigned
What You’ll Bring
Here’s what else we’re looking for:
- High School Diploma (or equivalent)
- 1 year recruiting experience (preferred), one year of previous customer service experience or appropriate business experience, or equivalent combination of education, training, and recent, relevant industry experience
- Bilingual in both English and Spanish a plus
- Above average communication skills to communicate effectively with applicants and employees
- A cooperative, team-oriented demeanor, yet also able to work independently
- Possess working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
