Compensation & Benefits
- Salary Range: $80,000–$120,000 (based on experience)
- Tax Season Bonus potential (varies)

What You'll Do
- Prepare and review a wide range of complex tax returns independently
- Engage in tax planning and compliance for individuals, corporations, partnerships, and trusts
- Stay current on tax laws and provide proactive guidance to clients
- Collaborate with team members to ensure client deliverables are met efficiently and accurately
- Support audit activities and communicate directly with tax authorities when needed
- Potential to mentor junior staff, depending on experience
What We're Looking For
- CPA or EA certification – Required
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience preparing and reviewing tax returns
- Strong background working within a public accounting firm
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Proficiency in tax software (UltraTax preferred) and QuickBooks
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and analytical skills
- Must be local to the area – out-of-state or relocation candidates will not be considered
Interview Process
