What You'll Do
- Develop relationships with commercial property managers, facility managers, business owners, HOAs, and multi-site organizations.
- Generate new business through networking, referrals, prospecting, and relationship building.
- Present customized facility maintenance solutions.
- Close recurring commercial service agreements.
- Expand existing customer relationships over time.
- Build a portfolio of long-term clients.

Commission Structure
We reward performance.
Commissions are based on the annual gross profit you generate.
30% on $0–250,000
40% on $250,001–750,000
50% on everything above $750,000
The more profitable business you generate, the higher your commission rate becomes.
