A Plus HVAC is looking for an experienced Lead HVAC Installer to join our growing team. We are a family-owned and locally operated company that takes pride in quality workmanship, professional service, and doing the job right the first time.

Pay
$30–$40 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications
Schedule
Full-time
Monday–Friday, approximately 8:00 AM–4:30 PM
Some evenings and weekends may be required based on workload.
What You'll Do
- Lead residential HVAC installation projects from start to finish
- Lead and work alongside installation helpers and crew members
- Install furnaces, central air conditioning systems, heat pumps, and ductless systems
- Read and follow equipment specifications, installation requirements, and applicable codes
- Perform system startups and verify proper operation
- Troubleshoot installation issues and resolve problems in the field
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe jobsite
- Communicate professionally with customers throughout the installation
- Train and mentor less-experienced installation team members
- Take ownership of the quality and completion of every job
What We're Looking For
- Experience with residential HVAC installations
- Strong knowledge of furnaces, central AC, heat pumps, and ductless systems
- Previous leadership or Lead Installer experience preferred
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and lead a team
- Dependable, professional, and customer-focused
- Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
- Valid driver's license
- Willingness to learn, grow, and contribute to the team
