Duties

- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop comprehensive care plans.
- Educate patients and their families about health management and disease prevention.
- Maintain accurate records of patient care activities in compliance with healthcare regulations.
Requirements
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Ohio.
- Experience in acute care or critical care settings preferred.
- Familiarity with medical office procedures is a plus.
- Strong understanding of behavioral health principles and practices.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while providing compassionate patient care.
