A Plus Care Licensed Home Care Agency is Hiring a Full-Time Intake Coordinator
We are seeking a dedicated and professional Intake Coordinator to join our team at A Plus Care, a licensed home care agency. The ideal candidate will be bilingual in Spanish and English, have previous experience in home care, and possess excellent verbal and written communication skills. You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and able to perform well under pressure.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact for prospective clients, providing a warm, professional, and solutions-focused experience.
- Conduct initial consultations, assess client needs, and clearly communicate available services and program requirements.
- Utilize sales-minded techniques to build rapport, address concerns, and encourage clients to move forward in the onboarding process.
- Follow up promptly with leads, maintain active communication, and track client progression through the intake pipeline.
- Manage scheduling, documentation, and all intake-related administrative tasks with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and excellent customer service.
- Maintain organized records, data entry, and reporting using CRM, and scheduling tools.
- Uphold confidentiality and ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
Qualifications:
- Must be bilingual in Spanish and English.
- Previous experience in home care is required.
- Minimum of 1 year of office experience with healthcare, sales, or client-facing experience preferred
- Proven ability to close, retain, and manage client relationships in a healthcare or service-based environment
- Highly motivated, organized, and results-oriented with strong attention to detail and follow-through
- Proactively reach out to current patients, families, and referral sources to address concerns and prevent service interruptions
- Build trust with patients, families, and caregivers through compassionate communication and consistent follow-up
- Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and compliance with healthcare standards and patient privacy guidelines
