Key Responsibilities:

• Communicate effectively with technicians and customers to ensure transparency and clarity throughout the service process.

• Provide strategic solutions and advice to customers regarding repairs and services.

• Manage scheduling, estimates, and follow-up calls with efficiency and professionalism.

• Collaborate with team members and take direction effectively to meet company goals.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and customer-friendly work environment.
