Role Description
This is a part-time on-site role for a Mental Health Counselor LP (MHC LP) based in Staten Island, NY. The professional will provide mental health support, develop personalized treatment plans, facilitate relationship counseling sessions, and manage client cases effectively. Collaboration with clients and other professionals is a key aspect of the role to foster positive emotional and psychological outcomes.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in developing tailored Treatment Plans and Case Management
- Strong foundation in Mental Health and Psychology concepts and practices
- Experience with Relationship Counseling and providing client-focused services
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and build trust with clients
- Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field
- eligible for New York State Limited Permit as a Mental Health Counselor (MHC LP)
- Commitment to ethical practices and continuing professional development
