Role Description The MHC-LP will provide direct counseling services to clients, including conducting intake assessments, developing treatment plans, and facilitating individual counseling sessions. Qualifications
- Current New York State Mental Health Counselor Limited Permit (MHC-LP) or eligibility to obtain one.

- Demonstrated ability to conduct clinical assessments and develop person-centered treatment plans.
- Knowledge of evidence-based counseling approaches (e.g., CBT, DBT, trauma-informed care) and willingness to learn and apply new modalities.
