- Provide compassionate in-home care, including personal care, medication assistance, and companionship
- Support client comfort, safety, independence, and dignity in their home
- Assist with mobility and transportation to appointments and community activities
- Build positive, trusting relationships with clients and their families
- Follow and support individualized care plans in collaboration with the care team
Requirements:
- Previous experience as an in-home caregiver or a genuine passion for providing compassionate care
- HHA certification required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a caring, empathetic approach
- Knowledge of elderly care, senior care, and patient care principles
- Flexible and adaptable to meet the unique needs of each client
- Current Level 2 background screening or willingness to obtain
- Drug testing required (provided by us)
- AHCA-approved competency test (provided by us)
- AHCA-approved hands-on skills assessment (provided by us)
