Home Care Operations Manager
Are you a motivated leader, and passionate about making a difference in the lives of seniors in our community? We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee daily operations, team development, and client relations, for A Place At Home-Kansas City South non-medical home care agency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee office operations, client relations, and staff management.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local home care regulations.
- Maintain licensing, training, and accreditation standards.
- Ensures all Agency documentation is timely, accurate, and maintained according to policy and procedure.
- Supervise and support field staff to deliver exceptional client care.
- Collaborate with HR on recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance management.
- Employs qualified personnel and ensures adequate staff education and evaluations.
- Create, implement, and modify client care plans accordingly.
- Drive financial performance by monitoring billing, payroll, and operational efficiencies.
- Foster relationships with referral partners and the community to grow the agency.
- Lead and develop the office team, ensuring strong communication and accountability.
- Ability to work independently, while successfully managing a team environment.
What We’re Looking For:
- College degree in business or healthcare administration preferred, or equivalent work experience.
- 3 years of related business/leadership experience. Preferred experience in a home care, home health, or hospice agency.
- A compassionate, empathetic leader, who is dedicated to helping others and making a positive impact.
- A proactive, solution-oriented approach, with the ability to manage multiple tasks, and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility and adaptability, adjusting to changing needs and ensuring smooth operations in dynamic settings.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to manage staff, oversee financial performance, and ensure regulatory compliance.

- Proficiency with office software and ability to learn industry-specific platforms.
