A Place At Home is seeking compassionate and dependable Alzheimer’s Caregivers to provide specialized in-home care for memory care clients in Fullerton, CA and surrounding areas.

If you have experience supporting individuals living with Alzheimer’s or other forms of dementia — and you lead with patience, empathy, and professionalism — we invite you to join our growing team.

As a caregiver, you will play a vital role in helping seniors remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes while providing reassurance and support to their families.

• Provide compassionate, non-medical in-home Alzheimer’s and dementia care

• Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting)

• Provide medication reminders

• Offer structured companionship and cognitive engagement

• Use positive redirection techniques for memory-related behaviors

• Maintain a calm, safe, and supportive home environment

• Assist with mobility and safe transfers (training provided)

• Support meal preparation and light housekeeping

• Communicate effectively with families and care team members

• Follow individualized memory care plans

• Experience with Alzheimer’s or dementia care preferred

• Patient, calm, and compassionate demeanor

• Strong communication and observation skills

• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license

• Ability to work independently

• Flexible and dependable

• Must meet California Home Care Aide (HCA) requirements

• Background check required

• Weekly pay
