- Assist with mobility and transportation needs, enabling seniors to remain engaged and active in their communities.
- Build meaningful relationships with clients and their families, offering emotional support and companionship.
- Collaborate with the care team to develop personalized care plans that address the specific needs and preferences of each client.
Requirements:
Previous experience as an in-home caregiver or a genuine passion for providing compassionate care.
HHA certified
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a caring and empathetic approach to caregiving.
Knowledge and understanding of elderly care, senior care, and patient care principles.
Flexibility and adaptability to cater to the unique needs of each client.
Current Level 2 background screening or willingness to obtain
Drug Testing required ( We provide )
AHCA Approved competency test (We provide)
AHCA Approved hands on skills assessment (We provide)
