Responsibilities:
- Provide compassionate in-home care, including personal support, medication assistance, and companionship.
- Promote client comfort, dignity, and independence in a supportive home environment.
- Assist with mobility and transportation to keep seniors active and engaged.
- Build trusting relationships with clients and families through consistent emotional support.
- Collaborate with the care team to create personalized care plans tailored to client needs.
Requirements:
- A genuine passion for providing compassionate care.
- Complete 40 hours of online training before working hands-on with the client (more information provided once applicant is onboarded)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a caring and empathetic approach to caregiving.
- Knowledge and understanding of elderly care, senior care, and patient care principles.
- Flexibility and adaptability to cater to the unique needs of each client.
- Current Level 2 background screening or willingness to obtain
- Drug Testing required ( We provide )
- Pass AHCA-approved competency test ( We provide )
- pass an AHCA-approved hands-on skills assessment ( We provide )
