What You'll Do
Assist clients with personal care, bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility
Provide companionship and meaningful conversation
Prepare light meals and assist with light housekeeping
Provide medication reminders
Help clients remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes
Communicate with our office team regarding client needs and changes
What We're Looking For
Fluent Spanish speaker
Massachusetts HHA or CNA certification preferred
Compassionate, dependable, and professional attitude
Reliable transportation
Strong communication skills
Home care experience preferred
Someone who enjoys building a trusting, long-term relationship with their client
