Lawn Care Worker

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Lawn Care Specialist to join our team. As a Lawn Care Specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing the appearance of our clients' lawns and landscapes. This is a hands-on position that requires knowledge of lawn care techniques and the ability to operate various tools and equipment.

Responsibilities:
- Perform regular lawn maintenance tasks such as mowing, edging, and trimming
- Prune trees and shrubs to maintain their health and appearance
- Use hand tools and power equipment effectively and safely
- Collaborate with team members to complete larger landscaping projects
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client concerns and ensuring satisfaction

Experience:
- Previous experience in lawn care or landscaping is preferred; the starting and ending salary range will be based on the actual and true experience of the person applying.
- Knowledge of mechanical operations related to lawn care equipment
- Familiarity with tree trimming techniques

Skills:
- Proficient in operating hand tools, power equipment, and machinery used in lawn care
- Strong attention to detail for precise trimming, edging, and mowing
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team to complete tasks efficiently
- Excellent time management skills to meet project deadlines
- Good physical stamina for working outdoors in various weather conditions
