What are the responsibilities and job description for the Office Assistant Manager position at A Physical Rehab?
A Physical Rehab, located in Salem and Malden MA. We are now hiring an experienced Assistant Manager with Chiropractic or Physical Therapy office experience! The ideal Assistant Manager (Chiropractor / Physical Therapy office experience) will be responsible for:
- Patient intake and retention
- Ensuring patients are provided with excellent treatment and customer service
- Checking emails and answering the phone
- Assisting with day-to-day clinic operations
- Assisting with Billing and Collection
- Fluent in Spanish and/or Portuguese
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract, Internship
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
