HR Generalist – Springfield, NJ - $58k - $65k d/o/e
Great opportunity for an HR Assistant or Coordinator to move up to an HR Generalist!
Responsibilities include:
Ø Implement company culture, values and policies
Ø Coordinate events focused on employee recognition and dedication
Ø Advocate for employee retention and development
Ø Oversee data entry and maintenance of employee records
Ø Participate in the investigation and guidance for disciplinary actions
Ø Manage the employee benefit plan enrollments
Ø Moderate employee relations issues on multiple levels and at multiple locations
Requirements include:
Ø Minimum of 2 years HR experience required.
Ø This position supports employee relations tin a multi-lingual population. Fluency in Spanish is required.
Ø Experience in conflict resolution
Ø Fundamental knowledge of labor and employment laws
Ø Ability to build rapport with all employees
Ø Strong leadership qualities
