We are currently looking to hire a dispatcher/administrative assistant to join our office team. The priority of this position will be dispatching and optimizing our service technicians’ schedules. Our dispatcher gains understanding about our customers’ plumbing challenges and schedules service calls based on the customer’s needs.

Responsibilities:
- Consistently answer phone calls in a professional manner
- Compassionately respond to customers’ plumbing concerns
- Efficiently schedule service calls in HouseCall Pro
- Maintain a full schedule of service calls for all technicians based on their skill set
- Proactively contact and schedule preventative maintenance services
- Ensure accurate documentation of necessary service call details
- Responsibly make critical scheduling decisions on behalf of the company
- Provide exceptional communication with both our customers and technicians regarding daily service calls and job details
- Update the lead, estimate, and job pipeline
- Maintain the preventative maintenance spreadsheet
- Collect job costing hours from technicians
- Light office duties
Future Responsibilities May Include:
- Scheduling and tracking equipment usage or rental
- Preparing information for and scheduling safety meetings
- Monitoring and scheduling vehicle maintenance and registration renewals
- Scheduling inspections, when necessary
- Assisting with job costing, as directed
