Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Licensed Massage Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional services to clients, focusing on their individual needs and promoting overall health and wellness. You will not have to wash or fold sheets. You will get base pay of $40.00 per hour plus tips.
Duties
- Perform various types of massage techniques, including deep tissue massage and various other modalities.
- Conduct thorough patient assessments to determine appropriate treatment plans based on individual conditions and preferences.
- Maintain a clean and organized treatment area, ensuring all equipment is sanitized and ready for use.
- Provide excellent customer service by building rapport with clients, addressing their concerns, and ensuring their comfort during sessions.
Qualifications
- Valid state licensure and liability insurance is required.
- Strong knowledge of anatomy and physiology relevant to massage practices.
- Experience in patient service and customer service roles is preferred.
- Familiarity with medical terminology and occupational health practices is a plus.
- Ability to perform deep tissue massage and various other modalities.
- Excellent communication skills, with a focus on understanding client needs and providing tailored treatments.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development in the field of massage therapy.
- Willing to work a flexible schedule Tuesday - Saturday
