Role Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Representative (BDR) responsible for
generating new client opportunities and booking consultations for our sales team. This role focuses onoutbound prospecting, responding to inbound leads, and managing opportunities in HubSpot CRM. Top performers will have the opportunity to grow into a full-cycle sales role as the company expands.
Key Responsibilities
• Prospect new clients through cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, email campaigns, and social media
engagement.
• Respond to inbound leads from website inquiries, search traffic, and marketing campaigns.
• Qualify prospects and schedule consultations with the Account Executive team.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, contacts, and opportunities within HubSpot CRM.
• Collaborate with leadership to improve outreach strategies and identify new market opportunities.
Sales Process
• Prospect outreach or inbound inquiry
• Initial qualification conversation
• Consultation scheduled with Account Executive
• Client onboarding and chef assignment
• Client begins recurring chef service
Average sales cycle: 3–6 weeks
Compensation Structure
Commission is earned based on new clients who begin and maintain service.
$1,500 paid after the client completes 60 days of service
$500 paid if the client remains active for 6 months

$2,000 potential per client

Outbound Calls 150–200 per week
Outreach Touch points 400–500 per week

Salary : $500
