Key Responsibilities:
- Perform in-home consultations: assess comfort issues, equipment, and ductwork; discuss options and financing.
- Design & present solutions: create clear, accurate proposals including good/better/best options.
- Close and follow through: secure agreements, collect deposits, and ensure a clean handoff to install team.
- Own your pipeline: update CRM, follow up on open quotes, and maintain a steady close rate.
- Deliver a 5-star experience: ask for reviews, set expectations, and resolve concerns promptly.
- Partner with the team: communicate with dispatch/office, coordinate site checks, and verify materials/scope.
Qualifications:
- 2 years of outside or in-home sales (HVAC/home services preferred, not required).
- Strong communication, listening, and problem-solving skills; polished, professional presence.
- Self-managed and organized with reliable follow-up and time management.
- Comfortable working some evenings/weekends to meet customer scheduling needs.
- Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record; ability to access attics/basements and lift up to ~20 lbs.
- Tech-savvy with CRM/estimating tools; willing to learn our systems.
