Duties
- Operate carpet and upholstery cleaning equipment using environmentally friendly solutions to remove stains, dirt, and allergens effectively.
- Perform thorough floor care tasks including buffing, stripping, sealing, and polishing of various flooring surfaces.
- Conduct janitorial and custodial duties such as dusting, sweeping, mopping, and waste disposal to maintain cleanliness standards.
- Assess each job site to determine the appropriate cleaning methods and equipment needed for optimal results.
- Ensure all cleaning procedures comply with safety guidelines and environmental regulations.
- Maintain detailed records of services performed, including before-and-after photos when necessary.
- Communicate clearly with clients regarding service processes and address any special requests or concerns promptly.
Experience
- Prior janitorial or custodial experience in commercial or residential environments is highly preferred.
- Proven background in environmental services or floor care enhances your ability to deliver top-tier results.
- Experience with carpet cleaning techniques such as steam cleaning or hot water extraction is a plus.
- Familiarity with buffing machines and other floor maintenance equipment is advantageous.
