Duties
- Engage with clients via phone, email, and chat to address inquiries, concerns, and retention opportunities with enthusiasm and professionalism
- Utilize outbound calling techniques to reconnect with at-risk customers and promote tailored solutions that meet their needs
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions through data entry and CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems
- Analyze customer feedback and account data to identify trends and develop strategies for improving retention rates
- Provide exceptional customer service by demonstrating excellent phone etiquette, active listening, and clear communication skills
- Collaborate with sales and client services teams to offer personalized solutions that enhance customer satisfaction
- Handle cash transactions or account adjustments carefully when necessary, ensuring accuracy and security
