What You'll Do as a Field Nurse (LPN)
As a home health LPN, you will provide essential hands‑on care to patients in their homes, ensuring they receive high‑quality, individualized support. Your responsibilities include:
- Performing skilled nursing tasks such as injections, wound care, and equipment preparation
- Teaching patients' self‑care techniques to promote independence
- Communicating with RNs and case managers to update care plans and clarify instructions
- Assisting RNs or physicians with specialized procedures
- Following all oral and written care instructions
- Practicing infection control and universal precautions
- Reporting suspected abuse in accordance with state and federal guidelines
- Maintaining punctuality, accurate documentation, and required driving records

Qualifications
- Active LPN license in the state of Oklahoma
- CPR certification (or ability to obtain within 60 days)
- Minimum 1 year of nursing experience
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

- Basic computer skills
- Experience in home health, critical care, or emergency care is a plus
