A Pasta Bar is a modern Italian concept founded in SoHo, New York in 2018. The restaurant is dedicated to artisanal pasta, design, and a contemporary take on Italian dining. Guests enjoy a unique tasting journey, with dishes prepared and served tableside in the heart of the restaurant. 
We aim to represent the modern Italian high-end brand: elegant yet playful, refined yet approachable. Our mission is to create memorable hospitality experiences rooted in Italian tradition while embracing innovation, design, and international energy.

We are seeking a Restaurant Manager/Floor Manager who is dynamic, passionate, and ready to lead the operations of our New York location. 

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring the highest standards of service and hospitality.

  • Lead, motivate, and train the team while maintaining a positive and professional work environment.

  • Implement brand standards and procedures.

  • Manage vendor relationships, purchasing, and inventory control.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies, health, and safety regulations.

  • Represent the brand, embodying and promoting our culture and values to both staff and guests.

Salary : $84,000 - $92,000
