- Supervise and monitor the safety of children in your care

- Market the facility
- Implement behavior management techniques when necessary

Experience:
- Previous experience in caregiving, childcare, or related field is preferred
- Knowledge of childhood development stages and appropriate activities
- Experience working with infants, toddlers, and young children
- Ability to manage a daycare setting effectively
- Familiarity with nannying or daycare operations is a plus
- Strong interpersonal skills to engage with children and build rapport
- Demonstrated ability in behavior management techniques
