We are seeking a motivated, organized, and detail-oriented college student eager to gain hands-on experience in event management and small business operations.
This is an unpaid internship designed to provide practical, real-world experience in the event planning industry. Interns will gain exposure to the behind-the-scenes systems, logistics, and coordination required to execute successful events.
This opportunity is ideal for individuals pursuing Hospitality, Event Management, Communications, Marketing, Business, or related fields.
- Hands-on experience supporting real client events
- Exposure to event planning from concept to execution
- Insight into vendor coordination and client communication
- Experience with timelines, checklists, and event logistics
- Understanding of small business administrative operations
- Professional mentorship in a fast-paced, creative environment
- Assist with administrative tasks (email organization, scheduling, document preparation)
- Support client onboarding and planning documentation
- Research venues, vendors, and event trends
- Help organize timelines, production schedules, and planning materials
- Maintain organized digital files and internal systems
- Provide on-site event support when available
- Assist with light content coordination or social media support, as needed
- Currently enrolled in college or a recent graduate
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and dependable
- Comfortable using Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar)
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently
- Genuine interest in event planning and client service
- 10 - 15 hours per week
- Flexible scheduling based on event needs
