Overview
We are seeking a cannabis cultivator. No experience needed although it doesn't hurt. A love for cannabis is a plus and a love for hard work is a must. This job consists of hands on plant care, cleaning, harvesting, and trimming. You will learn a lot at this job to put you in a position to move up at our company or another one. If you want an entry point to cannabis cultivation, this is it.
Duties
- Assist with planting, moving, spraying, watering, and maintaining cannabis crops
- Monitor plant health
- Prune, train, and support plants to optimize growth and yield
- Use hand tools and mechanical equipment for planting, trimming, and harvesting processes
- Perform heavy lifting related to soil, plants, or equipment as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cultivation area
- Record data on plant growth stages, environmental conditions, and other relevant metrics
Qualifications
- Prior growing experience in horticulture not mandatory
- Showing up every day on time mandatory
- Good attitude a must
- Strong physical stamina for heavy lifting and prolonged standing or walking
- Experience with gardening, land management, or agriculture practices beneficial
- Excellent attention to detail a must
This position is an excellent opportunity to learn about cannabis cultivation. Good attitude and good work ethic is more important than any cannabis experience. 15$-25$ an hour based on experience.
