What are the responsibilities and job description for the Personal Lines Insurance Team Member position at A&P Insurance Agency Inc?
We are looking for an Insurance team member to join our team and provide exceptional customer service to our clients in our Uxbridge & Worcester office. The successful candidate will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries, resolving customer complaints, and providing general information about our products and services. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to think quickly.
Responsibilities:
- Servicing customers with Auto, Home, and other Personal lines policies. Processing endorsements, writing new business, rounding accounts, etc.
- Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist customers with product and service-related questions.
- Provide accurate information about products and services.
- Resolve customer complaints in a courteous and efficient manner.
- Maintain customer records and updated customer information as needed.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction.
- Handle customer escalations in a professional manner.
- Property & Casualty Insurance License Required.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $38,000.00 - $42,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 35.5 per week
