Overview
We are looking for a hardworking, reliable, and experienced Landscape Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, a willingness to learn, and the ability to perform physical labor in various outdoor conditions. Experience in hardscape, and irrigation systems is a preferred.
Responsibilities
- Perform landscape installation, including planting, mulching, sod laying, hardscape projects, and excavation.
- Assist in tree care activities such as tree trimming and planting.
- Operate hand tools and equipment safely and efficiently for various landscaping tasks.
- Assist with irrigation installation and repairs as needed.
- Build landscape features such as flower beds, retaining walls, and pathways as directed.
- Participate in snow plowing during winter months to maintain safe access to properties.
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time while ensuring high-quality standards are met.
- Maintain the cleanliness of the work areas and tools after each job.
Experience
- Previous experience in landscaping or related fields
- Familiarity with hand tools used in landscaping, such as shovels, rakes, pruners, and blowers, is advantageous.
- Bilingual preferred.
