Project Manager – Civil Construction
A.P. Croll is a fourth-generation family-owned construction company that has a legacy of quality, reliability, and innovation. We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to support field operations and project execution across sitework and utility projects.
This is a support-focused role that works closely with the Superintendents and executive leadership – ideal for someone strong in coordination, tracking, and project support.
Key Responsibilities
- Support daily operations across multiple sitework and utility projects
- Assist Site and Utilities Superintendents with project administration and coordination
- Track and communicate job production, schedules, productivity, and budgets
- Coordinate project startup and closeout activities
- Schedule inspections and work with government agencies and inspectors
- Help balance crews, equipment, and resources across active jobs
- Identify issues and assist in implementing corrective action
- Implement direction from executive leadership
- Support the Project Management team with change orders, scope revisions, and documentation as needed
- Assist with monthly billings and reporting in coordination with the Executive team
- Collaborate with estimating, accounting, and field teams to keep projects on track
Qualifications
- Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred; equivalent experience may be accepted in lieu of a degree
- Strong knowledge of sitework, utilities, or heavy civil projects
- Experience tracking production, schedules, and job costs
- Ability to support multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Salary $80,000-$110,000 negotiable based on experience and skills set
- Hours Monday – Friday 8-5
Pay: $80,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
